And all this the week before. Well, I get to my lip appointment and I tell him the brand they gave me and he tells me that they don't have it nor do they work with it. You can imagine my indignation, I bought a voucher for almost €1,000, I don't notice it at all on my cheekbones and they can't do it to me. They tell me the next day that they are saving that vial for another time when they want to do something to me. To which I answer no, that later I would see that what I want is the lips and that no one had warned me about this problem because if they tell me I won't buy it. It seems like a total deception to me. They should have started by telling me that this problem could exist and I wouldn't have bought the lip one. It seems incredible to me how they have deceived me. Hiding the problems of mixing brands. And they don't give me a solution like finding that same brand for my case since they didn't notify me before purchasing the pack. In the end they get the brand of acid that I needed and I can go and put it on, I have a little bit of product left that the doctor He tells me, this is for you in two weeks when you come for a check-up, when I come back two weeks later he tells me that they don't have the leftover product, that if it isn't saved it means there isn't any, and it makes me very helpless not to be able to prove that If I had left, they make me look like a liar when with the rest that was left I wasn't going to get much change but it was mine and it was paid for. It's super unfair. We will have to record with this doctor Jesus. Without shame, they are real. There are a thousand better places than this. If you go for ease of payment, look for another one that finances.

I am very happy with the treatment I have received there, I have been going for a couple of years to get my laser done and it has gone super well.
